We do consulting and/or design and layout .

We can do all construction work, start to finish, with or without permits.

We turn down 90% of all requests because we are busy, or the customer is not in an area that is convenient for us.

We only do 1 job at a time.

We schedule out into the future.

We are not cheap, but are a great value for the quality and integrity in what you get.

We don't take cash, everything is strictly legitimate, P.O. money orders, checks (if you want records), etc...

We often do decoy jobs to justify our presence there, i.e. fountain, painting, lawn work, etc…

We select jobs based on what we want to do.
